We only offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom printed items for change of mind reasons. If you have any questions or need advice, reach out to Helta Skelta for assistance.
Damaged Items
It’s not common but, some products may arrive with transit damage. We do not have control to completely stop this happening from time to time (we wish!). We’ll work with to resolve any issues that might arise. If the damage is too great to resolve we will replace or refund the item depending on the item and availability. It’s not possible for Wint Studio to take responsibility for damage caused by how the packaging is opened once it reaches you (eg damage caused by a weather, mail box, property or pets).
